Mr. Hilary J. Schneider is Chairman and CEO of ESOP Corporate Resources, Inc. and has been deeply involved in the ESOP community for over 40 years. Schneider has been involved in the implementation of hundreds of ESOPs in virtually every state and for essentially all industries for over two decades. Mr. Schneider is a frequent lecturer on ESOPs, insurance products and their use in ESOP repurchase liability funding and deferred compensation planning, perpetuation of the privately held business and has been featured on the nationally broadcast Business Radio Network. Mr. Schneider has degrees from DePauw University (B.A.) and The American College (CLU and ChFC). He is a registered representative of Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation, Member of FINRA/SIPC.

 

      Mr. Marc G. Nelson is President of ESOP Corporate Resources, Inc. as well as Chairman of Signature Insurance Services, Inc.  He has been  involved in the employee and corporate benefits field for over 25 years, providing case design and implementation for ESOPs and other employee benefits plans, qualified plan investment studies, including insurance studies and client support. Mr. Nelson emigrated to the United States in 1982 and is a U.S. citizen. He was educated in the English school system in Africa and holds AEB degrees in Industrial Engineering and History and is a registered representative of Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation, Member of FINRA/SIPC.
